Red rented in the calendar, green unmarked are free weeks .

 

We have flexible access days during the low season, otherwise it is Saturday to Saturday, access is at the earliest at 4:00 PM and check-out is at the latest at 10:00 AM.

Mandatory cost for Meet & Greet and final cleaning is included in all rental periods. We offer a welcome pack with various drinks upon arrival for your convenience. If you would like a larger amount of cold drinks, fruit, breakfast, it is handled on request.

 

Terms

Booking involves 30% payment directly to a bank account, the rest is deposited no later than 3 months before departure. The deposit is paid when you receive the key, the deposit is 400€ or your own currency. The deposit is taken by our contact person in La Herradura and you get the deposit back upon departure and inspection of the house so that it is returned in the same condition as when you arrived.

 

We also have a strict "no smoking" policy inside the house and we also do not accept pets.

 

We do not rent Casa Altos 39 to people under 25 years of age without separate agreement.

 

Meet & Greet and Final Cleaning

When you arrive at the designated address and meet your local contact man/woman (Swedish or English speaking) and present the house, take deposit, tips and opportunities.
Then they show and accompany you up to the house and help you get installed properly. They are then available for tips and questions and also help if you, for example, need to seek medical attention. There is a mandatory final cleaning where we hire a cleaning company so that everyone always comes to a house in top condition.

It is important that all guests have been registered in the Check-in app/form we send by email no later than 48 hours before arrival. If this is not done upon arrival, we will charge € 50.

This also includes sheets, shower and pool towels, kitchen towels. Not beach towels , No other costs are added, Fiber internet (WiFi), normal use of air conditioning, water, electricity and gas are included.

The pool is heated from mid-October to the end of April for an additional fee, which must be booked in advance.
