Red rented in calendar,  green unmarked are free weeks.

We have flexible access days, however, access takes place at the earliest at 16.00 and check-out takes place no later than kl. 10.00  

​

Mandatory cost for Meet & Greet and final cleaning are included in all rental periods.

We can offer a welcome pack with various soft drinks, beer, wine, water on arrival for your convenience. 

If you want a larger amount of cold drink, fruit, breakfast, it is handled on request.

Terms

Booking means 30% payment directly to a bank account in Spain, the rest you deposit no later than 8 weeks before departure. The deposit is paid when you receive the key, the deposit is 400 €. It is given or secured on card by our contact person in La Herradura and you get the deposit back 7 working days after you leave (if nothing is destroyed), after inspection by the same contact person.

We also have a strict "non-smoking" principle inside the house and we do not accept pets.

We do not rent Casa Altos 39 to people under the age of 25 without a separate agreement.

Meet & Greet and Final Cleaning

When you arrive at the designated address and meet your local contact person / woman (English speaking) and sign in with passport information, deposit, tips and opportunities. Then they show and follow up to the house and help you to install properly. They are then available for tips and questions and also help if you, for example, need to seek medical care. It is mandatory final cleaning where we hire a cleaning company so that everyone can always come to a house in top condition.

This also includes sheets, shower and pool towels, kitchen towels. No Beach towels, No additional costs, internet (WiFi), normal use of air conditioning, water, electricity and gas are included.
