The house is 260m2 and has 5  bedrooms with a total of 12 beds, 4 bathrooms. The house and garden with a pool of 10x3m and jacuzzi are completely renovated in the spring of 2017. The house is of a high quality with brand new modern furniture  and generously equipped to offer a holiday experience beyond the ordinary.

On the 320 sqm wonderful terrace / plot with adorable views of the Mediterranean is our private pool 10x3m. Spring  cozy pergola with lounge furniture protects when it is at its warmest. There is also a large terrace  with direct access to kitchen and living room with breathtaking views. The terrace holds a dining furniture for 12 people, the space also has an awning.  The house is well equipped with brand new furniture, New large gas BBQ, electronic awning,  Wi-fi throughout the house and garden.

In the garden with the pool, jacuzzi is available  outdoor shower, sun loungers etc. IN  gillen / uteköket  you cook a wonderful dinner in the open air. Do not be surprised if you see mountain goats grazing outside the plot.  The terrace and pool area are completely private.

You have your own garage with space for a car.  In front of the house there is additional parking space  2-3 cars, directly outside the entrance, which makes loading and unloading smooth.  

​

Just a few tens of meters outside the house there is free access to the community pool area, which has both adults  and children's pool, child-friendly!
 

If you want to activate, there are two paddle courts in the area that can be used freely.
 

The house is located a little up from the beach and the city center in a nice residential area.
It takes about 5-7 minutes by car from the beach.
